Our bodies can hold on to a lot of trauma, stress, and anxiety so it's important to find comfort and solace in our skin. Join us for two 30 minute sessions of Yoga as we work towards health and wellness together through this event!

Project Yoga is a 501(c)(3) is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health and physical well-being in Greater Cincinnati’s underserved communities through yoga and mindfulness. We collaborate with schools, shelters, social service organizations, and other community-based nonprofits to introduce safe yoga movements, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing exercises. Through the lens of trauma-informed yoga, our classes empower individuals with life-changing coping skills that support mental health, promote peace, and build resiliency, fostering healthy, safe, and thriving communities
